The father of my son has posted on face book my name and that I am a stalker I got an email from my Cousin saying what was said and a picture of what was said can I sue?

Sure, anyone can sue anyone they want.

You simply need to complete a few forms, pay a couple fees, and you have a lawsuit.

But, that's not the question to ask.

A proper question is: If I sue, could I prevail?

In your case, no.

Your easiest solution, in some cases, complain to the moderators. Then just move on, ignore, and forget.

It's FaceBook, it's meaningless, it's useless, it's so unimportant, no one cares, and it's on the Internet.

If I were you, I'd ignore idiots.
