I posted back in November 2009 concerning an executor/probate issue. I am an heir/beneficiary in a relatives will. I have not heard anything from the executor after he informed me that there were some "old" bills to be resolved. (19 year old bill). At this point, if the will is in probate, is probate responsible for informing me that these bills are paid, or what ever the case and the disbursement is final? I have not heard from either. Please advise.
