Executor house buying question....

I have a Hypathetical question. Can a friend of the executer of an estate get a loan from the exeutors parents (who do not live in the same house.) to buy the house?

Since this is hypothetical, we don't know what person(s) the house if willed to -- maybe they don't want to sell the house......

Sorry. it is more of a possible situation. House is for sale by executor open market . Can i buy house with a loan from the executors parents? I know you cant get loan from executor do to conflict of interest but not sure if ok from executors parents?

Sorry. I guess it's more of a possible situation. .the executor has house for sale on open market. If i wanted to buy house could i get. A loan from. The executors parents who are not living in same house as executor .i know you can't get the money fro,m the ex.ecutor due to conflict of interest but not sure if OK to get the loan from the parents since i am a family friend or will the court see this as a conflict too? This is all new to me so
