Is this enough grounds for me to gain custody of our daughter?

Not unless the woman is a sex offender or poses some danger to child not really. You can argue that it not in child's best interest but depending on child's age and, if the new person will even be in contact with child its not likely going to play a major role in custody ruling

She is 6yrs old and she does see him time to time

She is 6yrs old and she does see him time to time, she talks nicely of him, seems kind to her but its not right and a poor example for our daughter! does it make a difference we live in Brooklyn NY ?
