My girlfriends ex husband is wanting to file an injunction to take her daughter from her because he does not want us living together. They have been seperated for over a year and he had no problems with her until she decided to move in with me. He has called me and told me to stay away from his daughter and if I don't there will be problems he said.

My question is can he get some kind of injunction to do that?

They have filed for uncontested divorce and now he wants to contest it to get custody of his daughter.

Note: Not once in the year they have been seperated has he paid child support on a regular basis or has had is daughter over night.

Frankly it won't "look good" for your GF to be living with another man when she is still married to the child's father. In some states the is a severe no-no.

Yes, she could lose primary custody based on the fact that she is committing adultery and exposing her child to it.

What state is this in?
