My ex left a marriage a year ago when we becam involved. In that marriage she had nothin and was very unstable. She has 2 children with that guy. When we were togethr she became pregnant. In the last year she has left me twice and went back to him for short pweriods of time. She had our baby on may 28th, and about a month ago came home to me, again. And again she took back off, this time with the baby. While we were together I bought a truck and a car. She was mainly using the car, as it was our family vehicle. When she left I kept the car and the truck and am leaving the house we lived in. The ex didn't have a car while they were together and hasn't ahd one the whole time she's been gone. Now she is keeping my son from me and I have her on tape saying I won't be able to see him and that she will have her ex raise my son unless I give her that car. Her and him are very unstable, they have been in at least 7 diffrent houses the past 2 years, they were together. Not only is the bill of sell in my name, but I'm very concerned if she gets the car she will leave to Tennesse (where her ex has family) with my son, and that since they both abuse pills he would be in danger by them driving intoxicated. I planned on selling it to pay for an attorney to file for sole custody of the child. Do I have that right? No custody papers have been filed yet.
