i have been divorced for fourteen years. my ex & i have an agreement for college expenses for my son that he is trying to get modified can i go after his pension if he does

Different pension plans have different rules and different election payouts. If he was court ordered to take an election available for you to continue receiving in the court order,contact the fund and ask if he elected that option. They need to make sure it has been properly set up or can deny you a payout until they are reimbursed the additional amount he received prior to death due to lack of proper notice.
