It is stated clearly in our divorce decree that we will split all costs for our daughters college expenses. My ex-husband is refusing to pay for tuition, books, fees and living expenses starting with this past fall semester. I ended up having to get a Pell Grant for her to help pay for all her college expenses. (Tuition, books, fees, rent for apartment). Is there anyway I can take him to court and get his portion of the expenses from him since it is in the divorce decree? I would also want him to pay my lawyer fees and any court costs since he is not following the decree. Any advice would be helpful. Speaking to him is out of the question because our divorce was very bitter. Also this is the year I claim her on my income taxes. (He gets the odd years, I get the even years)
