My jurisdiction is: Ohio
My Ex, who has custody, just told me that she has a Doctor's Excuse to not bring our son to visitations, due to her being pregnant. She lives about 2 hours away, she won't have her child until March, we are court ordered to meet here where I live. She moved about six months ago, she never petitioned the court to change the visitations. Can she really not bring him for the next three months? Or does she have to designate someone to bring him? I'm not legally allowed to pick him up from where she lives, she has a CPO against me and we can only be near each other or talk to each other if it has to do with our son.
