ex drives drunk with my 13 year old

My daughter came home from her dads this weekend-and they had went to Chicago for the weekend so her dad could RC race and my daughter voluntarily told me that him and his g/f started drinking at 7:00 am and drank all day/ all night and drove home with her and her friend after. She told me that her dad and his g/f do this every weekend she is there and that is all they drink. (Captain & coke) I know they both were still sleeping at 3:00pm when she should've been home.
Im a nervous wreck. I dont have money fora lawyer but I sure do not want them risking her life. Please help me

Your daughter is old enough to call 911 if she ends up in a car driven by a drunk.

Please remind her of this.

At the moment there's not a whole lot you can do.

It seems your daughter is now home & safe. You need to explain to her what to do in the future if she finds herself in this situation again.
