Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Evicting a roommate, while im unable to return to the home because criminal trespass

This past Wednesday, I was involved in an altercation with a roommate of mine. I hit him, he called police on me. I was charged with battery (fv) criminal trespass (fv), was told Im not to return to the home unless he is not there or until he moves out. How do I get him out of my home so I can stop being homeless while still paying rent and bills on a house I can't go to?

Discuss the matter with an attorney, and the attorney can often bring the eviction actin on your behalf.

If you have to go to court, that is permitted under the order.

Or, initiate your own eviction action.

Hire a deputy sheriff, or process server to serve the person.

When you go to court, pursuant to legal process, it's permitted by operation of law.
