I am a teller in a Michigan Payday Advance company, and my District Manager made my manager re-do my evaluation 3 times and he still wasn't satisified, so he pretty much had an old manager of mine (from about a year ago) do my evaluation, which totally screwed me out of my raise. Can an employer go back to a previous manager who hasn't been your manager in over a year to do your review?
