My fathers will has been in the Probate Attorney firms (1 for approx.3-4mo. & the current firm for approx.9-10mo., since his death. The will is very simple and specific and itemizing his asserts etc. proclaiming 4 heirs and stating the executors(2 ct.w/1ct.executor dismissed by the court ) and directing his estate to be equally divided to each heir with anyone for any reason "contesting this will to receive "$1.00 as their share .i have notified this attorney to resolve/distribute and enforce the will including allotting the$1.00 equal share specification (as of the 2nd executor legal dismissal per court order)due this person (in my understanding)as this person(an heir) had immediately hired another attorney and refuses to accept the executors decision to divide and distribute a fair and equal value of the estate , due to not wanting and/or agreeing with their share /preceedings etc. why/how can anyone stop this executive right and authority over this will and why won't the Probate attorney acknowledge/enforce/impose the will as stated along with the executive authority to complete the last will and testament of our Father?the attorney fees are steadily accruing at over 30k and that is not including taxes, etc.,additionally approx.1/2 of the gold included with this Multiple real estate /property of just under 800k value w/approx.60k mortgage (that I offered to acquire/assume or? To resolve ASAP )any advice on somehow enforcing this will as written ?these attorneys are milking the money as far as I can figure at this point as there is no just cause reason for these 2 heirs and their attorneys to negotiate a satisfactory proposal estate resolution at all . It falls into the authority of the executor to divide it as equally as the law permits, anything /anybody for any reason contesting should get the $1.00 as the will specifies and divide/distribute accordingly ,RIGHT?
