Hi,
I am chief financial officer of European group companies and I am living in Texas on Green card from last 3 years. I have no criminal history ever in my life but in December I went with my wife to attend a Hindu wedding in Austin and they mix my soft drink with lots of hard alcohol while I am not a drinker I just do some time glass of wine or beer not more I can tolerate. I got blacked out and I don't remember anything what happens that night I got arrested for felony to assault my spouse although she didn't want to press charge in me hotel manager called 911 and I got arrested and subsequently release on bail after 24 hours of detained, now I am on urgent business trip to Europe, am I gona be denied to enter to state?

All I can say, is MAYBE, especially if you have a pending charge.
I can say that I've seen it happen.
Only time will tell if it happens to you.

What is the status of your criminal case? If pending trial, very often you are barred from leaving the state, let alone the country.

You also do not state what country you hail from. If you have paid attention to the news in the last week, it makes a difference.
