I know, I couldn't help myself......... Question, can an employer disclose an employees name, ssn# and birth date to a private business? The reason I ask is that my employer gave this information to chase bank without my permission so that they could establish a PayTM card in order to force me to accept my wages through this medium. When I contacted chase to inform them that I wanted my money but was refusing to accept their terms of service thay asked me to confirm this info in order to help me. I ended up canceling the account so they would send me my money (4 weeks pay) Cost me 12.50, surprise surprise............ Thanks, Dave
