My employer allowed me to work from home, I've doing it for a year now. Now, they are saying that I was never authorized but I can continue until the end of the year. Need to go back to the office, if I do not that will be my resignation. In addition, I just got pregnant. how should I proceed? should I tell them I am pregnant? I need advice, please.

please note that all employees that have work from home have received a severance package. Of course they have not given them the option to go back to work.

Why tell them you are pregnant? They are not required to allow you to work from home. It will not save your position.

Not even remotely. A wrongful termination means that you were fired for a reason specifically prohibited by law. It has nothing whatsoever to do with whether you have or have not received anything in writing.

Your employer is not required by law to allow you to work from home. They are not required by law to give you a severance package. They are not required by law to give you any special privileges because you are pregnant. (The law states that you have to be treated exactly the same as if you are not pregnant, as a matter of fact.)

So exactly what law is it that you think is being violated?
