Employer wanted to pay on contract labor but

Instead of following the rules of CONTRACT LABOR such as no set hours or stating regular job duties. They used me as a clerical assistant with set hours and rules as an employee. I believe they are just trying to avoid the taxes. Shady company that has financial issues. How do I claim my wages? I have not yet received any 1099 from them. I am not sure how to handle this issue? Left in the Dark!

You have to go to the IRS website, they have a form you fill out, they will tell you if you are an empoyee(seems you were here) or a independant contractor.

Employer owes you overtime, have paid work comp, ss, state and federal. Go to the website, print the form out, and send it in.
