My employer has not paid me from Jun 08. And now he paid me 1st payment & created paystub with period valid from 1st jun to 15 jun with pay date of 16-aug. Now, i know it is illegal. So, I asked employer to correct the paystub like pay period should be 1st jun to 15 jun with pay date back dated as 30 jun 08 & generate all remaining paystubs as well till date. Employer said he can do that but he'll not actually pay me since he has no money (some majot client owes money) & i was happy thinking i'll at least get the pay stub....but then suddenly a question strike into my mind that what is the guarantee that he is generating the real paystubs & not just a html or pdf file....wot abt the taxes? is employer really going to pay taxes or not? Can I really trust those paystubs & transfer my H1 to another employer since I want to get rid of them? If employer has not paid taxes, then will I be having issues in h1 transfer???
