LIKE TO KNOW WHEN CAN AN EMPLOYER CALL YOU IN ON YOUR DAY OFF OR ANY OTHER TIME. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN CALL YOU IN AT ANYTIME. FOR INSTANCE I WORKED FOR A COMPANY AND THEY CALLED ME IN 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHIFT STARTED AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO BE THERE. FIRST IT WAS DAY OFF SECOND WAS DID NOT HAVE 90 DAYS IN. THEN ONE DAY I WAS SICK AND HAD TO CALL IN BUT IT WAS 30 MINUTES BEFORE SHIFT AND WENT TO DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY AND GOT FIRED WHEN I GOT THE OK FROM THE DOCTOR. MY MAIN QUESTION IS WHEN CAN THE EMPLOYER CALL YOU IN AND WHY IS IT DIFFERENT FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO CALL IN.
