I was given an employee evaluation at my six month. No other employee hired prior to me was given an evaluation at there six months. The local union cannot help me because I am under probation.
Has my boss or the organization being discriminiatory or breaking in rules/laws?
If so what are my options since the union is powerless in this situation.
