My sister is 33 years old but is metally disabled and my aunt, who lives in Indiana, has guardinship over her. My aunt will not take let her live in her house anymore. She sent her to live with our mother in Nashville ,TN. She has lived with her for over two years now. My sister also receives a ss check every month for her disabilities. My mother has repeatedly asked her to transfer back the guardianship, but she will not!!!!! My mother has to send my aunt all paperwork for doctors and so on to my aunt then get them sent back before she can have anything done. My sister has been seeing a man who is now her fiancee for about a year now and they would like to get married, but my aunt won't heaar of it. She wants nothing to do with my sister, and only wants to be the controlling factor. I would like to say that my sister does live with my mother only because my aunt will not let her get her own apartment. She takes care of herself, food,cleaning,doctor appts. perscription,etc., and would like her independence. We really need help! What do we do?
