emancipation laws in NC mom wants to know

my 15 yr old daughter is living in a group home because of excessive running away and not wanting to come home. now she saids she wants to be emancipation and I cant stop her how do you go about getting emancipation, we her parents want her to come home. her complaint is we ignor her.

where can we get/find information on emancipation for us and to show her.
