I plead no contest to Mental illness and Neglect...what substance abuse tests can the caseworker force me to undergo, and can communications from my therapist with a broad HIPAA conset be given to my caseworker via email??? I have taken 15 random hair, blood, urine, and an alcohol and drug eval, all negative. My doctor prescribes a CII drug, so I am already undergoing random drug tests.

Beyond that, common sense suggests taking all the tests they require to get them out of your life.
