My jurisdiction is: California USA

I have a California license but was recently pulled over for a DUI in Maryland. I was told my privilege to drive in the state of Maryland would be suspended in 45 days for 90 days. They did not take my license. So basically are my driving privileges just suspended in Maryland or the entire country?

Your suspended license is a civil action, subject to a dmv hearing and an action denovo in civil superior court
If you are convicted of DWI. don't get caught driving in any U.S state. They all have reciprical agreements, with the exception of 3 states. If you went to one of these states and got a driver licence, you will still be forbidden to drive in any of the other 47 states
