Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI dui sentence

I have been charged with a dui I also had a four year oldwith me at the time. are the chances of either sentence enhancement or child endangerment charges being added if found guilty? does any one know the sentences that are normally given for this in daho?

In Michigan there is an enhancement if driving with a juvenile.

There is now also an enhancement if your BAC is over .14

There is a DRAMATIC difference between 1st offense and 2nd offense.
