I was charged with a DUI in 2000 and went to court. The Judge reduced the charge to careless/wreckless driving. The Judge stated that the DUI would be wiped off my record unless I re-offended. I recently applied for a Federal job and was denied employment due to my record. The DUI still shows up but shows as reduced. Is there any chance to get the DUI expunged from my record ? I completed all required courses, fines, community service etc. on time for the courts.
