Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI dui probation terms

i was arrested for drunk driving in sept of 2008, i did all of the required classes, fines, etc. I now have my license back and am getting married in October. I am trying to move to New Jersey where my fiancee is and i am being told probabation may not allow it? whats the deal with this? can someone help me
