Does anyone out there know of a any valid reason to appeal an Admin Per Se suspension with the DMV? I understand it can be done either 15 days after the decision has been made to suspend through the DMV (which makes no sense to me because will the guys supervisor really override him?) or by a court judge in the county of the persons residence?
