Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Dose Driving on a suspended count if you are off road

I was driving my truck in a lake that the water was so low, that I was driving in the old lake bottom. Dose that count as driving on a suspended if its not somewhere you even need a licence, or do you. My licence is suspended due to a DUI. I guess my question is a licence required to drive in a lake bottom off road. That is the only place I was seen driving.

You did not mention your state or what property the lake was on.

If the lake was on your private property, or the property of someone else who gave you permission, then it probably does not apply. If it were on public lands and you were driving somewhere where your un-named state says you need a license, then the law WOULD apply.
