Im a grandparent who has a grandaughter that is 4 yrs. old now and ive only seen her 3 times.She lives with the other grandparents they wont answer their phone when i call or door when i go over there.All i want is to spend time with my grandaughter.Can anyone tell me what i need to do and how much will it cost.

You have no inherent rights to visit with your granddaughter.
Even if you had grounds to sue for visitation rights you would have to prove that you have an existing relationship with the child - and 3 visits in 4 years is nowhere near enough to convince the court.
