    My ex claed that I hit her and took her things. Yet she has no pictures of me hitting her. Now I have ten charges that I don't understand. Could I get jail time

    Jail time isn't given for felony convictions.

    Most crimes lack pictures of the offense. Her testimony coupled with injuries, witness statements (seeing it or hearing her scream), your being in possession of the items or seen with them, etc., can ALL be evidence.
