Does The Inmate Dad Have A Say So??

MY SOON TO BE EX HUSBAND IS IN PRISON AND I DON'T KNOW WHEN HE'LL BE OUT...(its been any week now for 4 months) I'M PLANNING ON MOVING OUT OF STATE WITH OUR TWO CHILDREN BUT I'M NOT SURE IF I NEED HIS PERMISSION TO GO WHILE HE'S IN PRISON. CAN I GO WHILE HE'S THERE AND COME BACK TO DEAL WITH THE COURTS ONCE HE'S HOME OR DO I HAVE TO DO ALL THAT BEFORE I GO WHETHER HE'S HERE OR NOT? IF I DO HAVE TO TAKE IT TO COURT WHERE DO I GO AND WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP! THANKS

Have you not read through any of the countless threads on this very subject? No you cant and if you do he can petition court to have you bring child back he could even possibly get custody! Dont do anything that can damage your custody case or paint you as the bad guy. In fact I highly suggest you find an Attorney and do this right.

At the moment he cant. You still want to get an attorney and do this right and not take any risks. Just because hes in jail doesnt mean he doesnt have rights
