I've been sparated from my wife 4 a year now. She pretty much put me through the ringer financially, broke my heart, etc. we have a 6 yr old son who i get about 33% of the time. In the last year she has already had a new man practically living with them and they have split up.Now she wants to move out of state for a guy she met on the web! Taking my son none the less. Granted I've probably given her $800 over the last year as child support(tryin 2 get myself out of the credit nightmare) she is under the impression that i have no say so because i . I know I should have given her more but on the same token she kept everything but my debt. I HAVE NEVER LET MY SON GO WITHOUT!
OH YEAH WE HAVEN'T EVEN FILED FOR DIVORCE! HELP!

If you have not filed for divorce yet, you need to file. That way your state has jurisdiction. If mom moves to this new state, not only will you not see your son but if she files there once residency requirements are met, you will have to travel there.

You need to see an attorney and file for divorce and custody if mom intends on moving out of state. Call around to see if anyone can help you.
