Does my EX-wife have to notify me when going on "vacation".

Simple question here. Does my EX-Wife have to notify me before taking my child on a weekend vaction? My EX is a gambling addict and I am trying to prove that in court. So her idea of a vacation would be taking my 1 1/2 year old daughter to Tunica mississippi and having her sit in a room with another 12 year old while she gambles.

Does she have to notify me when leaving the state with my child?
Is there a certain amount of time she can leave without notifying me?

who has custody here? What doe the court order say? Normally mom does not need your permision to take the child out of state, just like you probably do not need hers.

Doug, You are being a bit controlling. The divorce is over, let it go. The child is not YOUR child she is both of you's child. If she takes the child to Tunica and lets the child sit in a room with someone old enough to keep her it's her business. No she doesn't have to notify you, and even if you prove she gambles that's a long way from a gambling addict. If I'm reading you wrong I'm sorry, but just understand that everyone is going to see your efforts as an ex who won't let go.
