Do I have to let her take the kids ??

My wife wants a seperation and has found a new apartment. She says she is not leaving with out the kids. I told her the kids have a home and she can leave alone if she wants. What should I do ?

You can't stop her from taking the kids; you both have equal access and rights at the moment. What you need to do - FIRST THING IN THE MORNING - is file for divorce and custody.

I'm talking first thing in the morning, Dad. Be at the court-house steps, or on the doorstep of an attorney.
