I am 14 years old. I want to live with my sister but my parents dont want me to. i think it would be the best thing for me to do. my parents arent abusive or anything like that, they just dont care about my feelings in what i think is the best for me. do i have the right to choose who i want to live with?

not untill you are 18. untill then, you live where your parents tell you live, you dont get to choose. if they wont let you live with your sister, then its no. and you stay with them. and your sister has no legal standing to try to get custody of you.

Have you asked your parents? Maybe they'll let you go. I know if my siblings wanted to stay with me, I'd gladly take them. But I'm sure since they're not abusive or unfit, you're stuck with them for a few more years. Goodluck...
