Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI do I have a strong case

I received a DUI, but I wasn't actually the one driving, I switched spots with the actual driver when we were pulled over because he didn't have a license, and I didn't think I would blow over the legal limit, he is willing to admit he was the one actually driving, so I was wondering if is to late for him to come forward and do i have a strong case

No you don't. Talk to your lawyer and he will talk to the prosecutor. You will likely face other charges, even if this is dismissed.
