Do I have a good chance?

I am looking on taking the mother of my daughter to court for full custody, but I don't know if i would have a good chance. Her mother does drugs and is abusing my daughter mentally and she does not have a job, due to parting. She is 18 and drinks under age I have pictures to prove it. I pay child support and have a job and I don't drink or do drugs. If anyone knows if I would have a good chance on getting my daughter please let me know. Thank You Carlos

How old is the child? Is the child neglected? Is she in danger? Can you prove it? If the mother is so unsuitable, why did you have a child with her?

I don't think you have a good chance of getting sole custody unless you can prove some significant change in circumstance. Is there currently a custody order in place? If not, then you can file for joint custody or visitation.

If you can prove mom is unfit and the child is better off with you, sure you have a chance.
