My husband and I were in a local casino and my husband left and when he tried to come back in, the security guard stopped him and said he would not be allowed back in because he was drunk. Let me state.. HE was NOT drunk, He has Parkinson's disease which can cause his speech and gait to be abnormal. He tried to tell them this but they would not listen and even called in a manager. Finally he asked them to come into the casino and get me (or our son). A security guard came over and very rudely asked if we were with him, that they would let him back in due to him be drunk. When I went over and told them he in fact was not drunk but had Parkinson's. They all left very quickly after that .. He was publicly embarrassed and anxiety and depression from this was unreal for the next several days, weeks.
would I have any cause to follow up with this?
I have contacted the casino with phone calls and emails but have not gotten any response.
thanks for your input .

Let it go.
If anything you might have gotten some courtesy response from the casino, but you have nothing as far as a legal complaint.

Arrange an appointment for your husband with a couple local attorneys.
If anyone has a legal cause of action it'll only be your husband.
