My wife and I have been separated for 5 years. We have never signed a Marital Settlement Agreement and didn't know Texas even recognized anything like that. Since she moved out in 2005, there has been a Child Support Order in place. In 2006, she and kids moved back with me because of financial difficulties but we remain a separated couple. She is currently looking to move out again and we have agreed that we need to move forward with a divorce. My question is two fold. First, what difficulties might I expect in completing a diy divorce under these seemingly unusual circumstances? And, second, can the existing Child Support Order simply be referenced in the MSA and other documents instead of rehashing each detail?

Thank you.
