I live in Colorado and my husband of 11 years and I have agreed to seperate. He has not moved out yet, but we have already agrred that we want to divorce. My question is, what is my first step in filing for divorce? Is there a waiting period between the time of seperation and filing for divorce? We also have 2 children, ages 6 and 10. Will things go quicker if we have an uncontested divorce? Help Please!!!
