we have a few properties but all mortgages and credit cards debts are under my name. My husband agrees to leave everything to me (properties as well as debts). here are my questions
1. can i file for a no-fault divorce in Texas or i have to wait for a separation trial?
2. if my husband and i agree on who gets what, is it wise to use those divorce form online? Does the court still divide the properties and debts in half because of the community state laws?
