Finding the free paperwork was simple. My husband and I filled it out for a noncontested divorce. This is where I get confused....my husband and I lived in Houston, TX (are from TX) and my husband still does but I moved to Indiana a year ago. The paperwork for the divorce has that it is to be notarized in Texas.

So, first question is....can I sign it (and the witnesses) and mail it to him to have it notarized or do we both need to have it notarized? If we both do then how do I go about that living in another state?

Second question is....I know that I will have to sign a Waiver of Service so that I do not need to be served but again I live in Indiana. Do I need to find a Waiver of Service form from Indiana? The ones I have seen online require it to be notarized by the state you are in.

Thank you for all your help!
