Divorce from a Bolivian Citizen

Good Morning.....I would like some information on how to get an divorce from a Bolivian citizen. The case is that my brother went to Bolivia and married over there, but he is an American Citizen that has always resided in the United States. Please any information would be greatly appreciated, he is trying to get a divorce as soon as possible.

Hello SeniorJudge......I understand getting a lawyer then filiing for divorce, but the question is will we have to go back to Bolivia for that or can we do it here in the USA and and will be legal on both ends here in the US and in Bolivia?
