Hi, My question is if the mother of the child, which she has primary custody of, is not following the divorce decree is there something the father can do? We fear for the childs well bing. She has moved four times in the past year and they have all been with different guys. She refuses to give us the adress she is living at. Thank you for your time.

If the mother is denying visitation, then the father can file a motion for contempt of the order.

Who are 'we' and 'us'?

We and us are the step mother and Father and My mother in law, We see the child alot. We just dont like the fact tha she is always living with a different guy the mother barley know. It states in the divorce decree that neither of them should live with a gut unless married and or having child together. And she is supposed to send a certified letter with adress every time she moves. But she refuses to do that.

Then the father can take her back to court. He should document whatever he can, and keep a log.

You and your mother-in-law have no legal standing in the matter. While it's okay for you to help with research, only the father should communicate his concerns to the mother or a judge.

ok. Heres one more question. How often does the father win in a situation like this. The child is very important to us but we still dont have alot of money for a judge to tell us " She the mother wont do it again".

No one can say for sure. It's true that the outcome may be a slap on the wrist the first time. If she continues, and your husband files again (and maybe again), then she will face harsher consequences, and could even lose custody.

Your husband can probably file on his own, pro se. Google your state's or county's courts. They may have the forms and instructions online. If not, visit the courthouse.

One other thing... The mother's living arrangements are not generally a good point to contest, unless the child is in physical danger. Nothing you've posted suggests that. Your husband should focus on the lack of disclosure of the child's location, as well as denial of visitation.
