Divorce & Bankruptcy !!!

Hi me & my husband are wanting to get a divorse or separate but we filed for bankrupcty about a year ago , we have a home and two kids we are mutually agreeing on separating so we will not be fight custody or property how does this affect our bankruptcy case? he wants to sell the house as well, or what is recommended in this case whats the best way to go about so we can not have some much trouble or have to pay too mch for everything
