I have a friend who is in prison in Arkansas, she had given temp guardianship to a couple out there of her one year old. But they cut all types of communication two weeks ago. So she gave me temp custody and power of attorney she also sent and affidavit to the courts saying she wanted their guardianship dissolved. But the lawyer for the couple said she has to have it signed by a judge. Does she really have too or is what i have enough to go there and remove the child out of their home.
