Corporate Law Dissolution of business and never received a bill

I had work done at my home that was quite extensive. 99% of the job complete and workers have never returned to finish the job. Just read in the paper that the business has dissolved and I have not received a bill for the work that was started 7 months ago. Will I have to pay for the work completed?

I'd be surprised if someone didn't try to collect - it would be unseemly for a company to just forget about the work its done for you. If the company isn't interested in collecting, maybe the suppliers or subtrades that got the shaft when the company went under will place a lien on your property.
