How do I get my sone out of my home?

my son is 16 and i'm waiting til he turn 18 to kick his disrespectful butt out my house but i have read on some comments that you can't force then out cause you don't want to get a domestic violence charge so here's my plan is when he comes home from school on his 18th birthday i'm going to have all his belonging packed up and outside for him and tell him bye-bye. Now all this is perfectly ok right?

There are legal means to remove an adult child from you home. However that isn't going to help you now. You have two more years of this and if it doesn't change it will get worst! You evict him, as Shrinkmaster said, by using the legal process in your state.

You could move, and that's another way to get rid of him.
