Absolutely, file an official complaint with HR. Unfortunately, in Arizona is a right to work state!
 
Right to work means that you do not have to join a union to get work. While it is true that Arizona is a right to work state, that has nothing to do with the poster's situation.

What you mean is that Arizona is an employment-at-will state. Every state in the US, with the exception of Montana and even sometimes in Montana, adheres to the employment at will doctrine, which says that you can quit at any time and for any reason, while the employer can fire you at any time and for any reason not expressly prohibited by law.
 
Also, the original poster already filed a complaint with HR per one of their posts. Their best bet now is to talk to a lawyer if they haven't already done so - the thread is from February.

Agree with cbg re right to work state info.
